Does what it says on the tin. Excellent product

I bought several pairs of these for my husband as he struggles finding comfortable underwear. He is really impressed with the comfort levels, especially when working in high humidity/ temperatures. Have just ordered him some more.

Tried the first pair wondering what all the fuss was about omg there the best boxers I have ever worn next day ordered another 4 so I have a pair everyday it's like going commando its like having nothing on none that putting yourself write and the missis saying its embarrassing what you doing none that there great hope they do more deals are be first in queue supper cool colours to brilliant

These have changed the underwear game for me. No more creams and sprays to stop rubbing. I bought them for sports and work But they are so comfortable I wear them everyday and everywhere. Other underwear is stupid now.

The best pair of undies I have ever purchased, bar none, so good I bought another 4 pairs and I will do the same again next month, and then I will be able to get rid of all my old ones. They fit so well that you forget you have any on, no riding up at all, so Richard and the twins stay comfy and dont have scrunched up boxers fighting for space in your nether regions, utterly brilliant purchase

Excellent product. Got a few pairs to try and they are great. Went back to reorder and I messed up my order through not concentrating. Customer service were great. Order in error cancelled and correct order placed. First class service.

Great underwear. Very comfortable. Would be better to see more men receiving a GOLD Pair.

The service was GOOD AT FIRST but, the DANGER using that company is when you have an issue with your order thats WENT THE SERVICE FAILS MISERABLY. This then entails a lot of emails between you and StepOne and even you the customer having to get information from your bank to prove to them they have taken your money but, you have not received your order due to THEIR MISTAKE. THE WHOLE PROCESS OF RESOLVING THE ISSUE TAKES A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF YOUR TIME CAUSING YOU A HIGH LEVEL OF STRESS.
StepOnes response to my review was not 100% correct as there were many more issues that come to mind in relation to it taking so long for them to find my order. Especially as the money was taken within 24 hours of me placing my order and taking into consideration my previous orders had come to my correct address.

received my 5 pairs yesterday and I'm can't believe i paid for these horrible underwear that are extremely uncomfortable the stitching are out of line and thread coming out of 3/5 pairs will be returning

After seeing the TV ads, I thought I would try them, so I ordered 2 pair of the Christmas ones, one fits and feels perfect the other however doesn't, I ordered 2 boxers but I think 1 is the truck ones as they rid up and don't feel like the boxers one
